噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

Sandblasting room  is our company in introducing foreign advanced cell technology based on the floor, , the development, the design of the environmental protection cellular gush arenaceous (shot) room by ourselves, according to customers' product characteristics, sandblasting design requirements, etc. Cellular floor gush arenaceous room is the wind power by fan for abrasive materials, will back through the pipe to cyclone separator suction of separation and finally into gush arenaceous system recycling.

3、具體電力電氣(qi)元器(qi)件封(feng)裝(zhuang)均運用德國商(shang)品，兼備的性(xing)能穩定的，衛(wei)生不靠譜，的使用蓄電量長，維護簡(jian)單(dan)的；

4、噴砂房室體內有高清晰的能見度，室體自然補風，節約能源消耗；

5、遠程服務(wu)器選(xuan)擇雙(shuang)極濾塵(chen)，一是級選(xuan)擇漩(xuan)風(feng)區分器，二是級用(yong)凈水器濾芯式濾塵(chen)系統(tong)軟件，其總濾塵(chen)效應大(da)約99.99%以上的；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各機(ji)裝置電機(ji)調(diao)節裝置主要采用(yong)互鎖調(diao)節，當中間一(yi)機(ji)裝置發(fa)生告(gao)警時，重要性機(ji)裝置均(jun)暫停崗(gang)位，噴槍暫停發(fa)射；

8、房體用鋼(gang)結(jie)構建筑修(xiu)飾來設計(ji)，外部簡練、美(mei)化、標準，隔(ge)音降(jiang)噪成果好，且(qie)怎么安裝方便快捷。
